my spec v was in the process of going turbo. Sadly I ran into major issues with a performance shop...they disappeared and took my fully built engine with them: sleeved,cp pistons, carillo rods, arp studs, cometic headgasket, ALC racing crank bearings,....you name it. I havent been able to locate them.I'm hoping to take them to court. Luckily i still kept my Garret gt3582r turbo and other turbo accessories. I just bought a used qr25de with 22k miles on it from an 06 altima...the spec v is going back to somewhat stock and bolt ons. I will have it as my daily. Im now gonna start on my 240sx and hopefully swap an rb25det. Good luck on your build and going turbo is expensive!

Well buddy, i didnt do the BSR, i heard its a bitch, got myspecv.com and sign up if u arent already. Thats why my car is dead right now, bc i didnt do BSR... :/ But the VQ Is a very reliable motor compared to a turbo unless your internals are built. VQ-ed Specs are supposed to run 12.8s-13.0s right out of the crate! I am a fan of N/A Builds just b/c the reliability & instant power!
