$575 may be a lot for the cams, but its better then buying them for $730 from Skunk2. Like I said, check out their website and shoot them an email.

Lol...probably no where....I actually paid $575 for them so I was actually losing money on them. You can go to VelocityTrends.com and email them telling them you want those cams....Tell them that Josh referred you

Mobil 1 Synthetic. Look at JaxflsH22's videos. That will show you what the H22 is capable of without sleeving the block.

You should be safe going to 8k. Thats about where I shift at. Just make sure you are constantly checking your oil because H22's well eat it up in V-tec

Well before you build the head I would suggest getting a Hondata S300 and then a Skunk2 Intake Manifold. You have the straight pipe to let out air but you arent taking in more air to let out. Once you take in more air with the intake manifold you will definetly feel a difference since that is the most restrictive part on an H22. But the head cost me, parts and labor, I think around $2000. Im not sure but its worth it. I usually shift at about 7800 but they are supposed to redline at 8400 if you have the H22 tranny. Im getting ready to build a motor for turbo and im putting my NA in a hatch

All I did to my head was port it, shave it and put in Super Tech valves, springs and retainers. It seems to work damn good for high rpm's and even over revving as we all do from time to time!
