you should be way faster then that, HR can run low 13's stock. i hit 13.7 to 13.8 with just intake exhaust.

yeah a local sa guy was the first to be tuned by uprev, he got a 15whp gain off a completely stock 07 nismo.

as of right now i only got intake/exhaust/plenum spacer/ but i have crank pully/test pipes/ y-pipe in my room waiting to be put on...lol actually man are you on the 350z forum? they got a HR motor tuned.
